How much is shipping?
Residential delivery to your curb is a minimum of $82.50. Shipping for commercial delivery is based upon a set % rate depending upon the manufactures set rates or $42.50, whichever is greater. Moving furniture inside, assembly, and packaging removal is extra. If you need help please call 800.800.FILE(3453) for a delivery quote.

Can I get my modular furniture assembled for me?
Yes, if you live in Colorado. Alpine Project Management will be happy to deliver and assemble your furniture for you. Please call for pricing and to schedule a time. 800.800.FILE (3453).

How will my order be shipped?
All orders are shipped common carrier.

Where will my order be shipped from?
All furniture is shipped from the manufacturer's warehouse.

How long will it take for me to get my furniture?
Any items with the logo are availble for immediate shipment and will arrive within 3-10 days. All other items are made to order and may take 6-8 weeks to deliver.

Will you ship to an international address?
Yes, please call for shipping rates. You will be responsible for all customs and duty taxes.

What if my order arrives damaged or scratched?
Please unpack your order and report any shortage or damage immediately. If your furniture arrives damaged, note the damage and call us immediately. If the driver is still present, ask that the damage be noted. This will expedite shipping claims. Do not discard product or packaging. The carrier may wish to inspect the package before paying a claim. Alpine Project Management is not responsible for any delay caused by the shipping company. We will help replace products in a timely manner.
