How much is shipping?
Shipping for commercial delivery is based upon a set % rate depending upon the manufactures set rates or $42.50, whichever is greater. This includes delivery by common carrier
to any address in the continental United States. This is for 'dock delivery'
or 'curbside delivery.' If you need help moving the furniture inside or you
need to schedule a delivery date, please call 800.800.FILE (3453).

Will I get a receipt with my order?
No, the invoice or reciept will be mailed out seperately via USPS.

How will my order be delivered and when will I
receive my order?
All orders are shipped by common carrier. All InStock items will be
delivered within 3-10 days. All other items are custom made and will require 6-8 weeks for delivery.

Can you ship to an international address?
Yes, please call for shipping rates. You will be responsible for
all customs and duty taxes.

the Web. What should I do?

Can I remove items from my shopping cart or do
I just start over?
You can remove items from your shopping cart at any time. To view
your shopping cart, click on the link at the top or bottom of the page.
Check the boxes next to the items you wish to remove, then click "remove
checked item(s)." Or, to clear the entire cart, click the "clear"

How do I change or cancel an order?
If for any reason you would like to cancel or change your order,

We constantly benchmark our site for performance. If you would

Can you store my personal information so I don't
have to continue completing my information when placing an order?
Yes, register with Alpine Project Management and we can store your credit card, billing
and shipping information on our secure server to save you time during checkout.
