Tara 3171 Ergonomic Chair

The Tara Management Chair was designed to accommodate both managerial and ergonomic applications with contemporary styling. It incorporates a variety of ergonomic features. Its forward seat angle allows you to tilt forward, changing the angle of your thighs in relation to the floor. This helps reduce disc pressure during forward leaning tasks. You can adjust the height of the seat as well as the height of the back to make sure the contoured cushions support your back properly. Adjustable height arms raise or lower to support your forearms. Reduces muscular effort in neck and shoulders, minimizing risk of pain.

Center-tilt, tilt tension adjustment, and tilt lock allow you to rock comfortably, without heavy pushing, reducing muscle fatigue.
